Our Modernisation & Digital (M&D) team is the trusted digital guardian, safeguarding our people and ensuring our Island’s digital services. Supporting key public services, including all our customer facing teams, Health and Community Services, Education and all the emergency services. The M&D team enable and support critical Government services for Islanders. 

Driving digital transformation for our Island, the work of our M&D touches all parts of Islanders’ lives from medical records to social security, paying bills to childrens' education. The breadth and variability of our work means everyone in our team can have a varied and rewarding career.

Our team is active in all disciplines of Digital Transformation including Business Architecture, Application Development, Programme Management, Cyber Security as well as Infrastructure and Cloud Services. We run some of the most exciting systems in Jersey and progress people through the organisation as they develop new skills.

We welcome people at all stages of their life and career, which includes an apprentice programme providing the opportunity to study for a digital degree with the University of Exeter, whilst getting practical experience.
