- Our Customer Service Assistant role gives you the opportunity to earn while you learn. This trainee position will give you hands-on experience across different areas of the department, helping you understand what we do whilst developing valuable new skills.
- We will provide training in the fundamentals of our work, then you will put that knowledge into practice by supporting our services while continuing to develop professionally.
- You will play a key part in helping customers access the support they need and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
