Court services
As a vital part of Jersey’s judicial system, we ensure the seamless operation of a wide range of courts and tribunals, including the Court of Appeal, Royal Court, Family Court, Magistrate's Court, Youth Court, and more. Every day, we play a critical role in delivering fair outcomes for Islanders.
- Samedi Section and Court of Appeal: We provide comprehensive support to the Royal Court, from attending sittings as clerks to issuing acts of court and offering expert advice on court procedures. The Appellate Team coordinates all administrative arrangements for the Court of Appeal and its judges.
- Family Court: Our team supports family proceedings with care and professionalism, including delivering the award-winning Family Foundation alternative dispute resolution service.
- Magistrate’s, Youth, and Petty Debts Courts: From adult remand courts and youth court to criminal trials and civil justice matters, we ensure efficient proceedings, including weekly petty debts court sittings and mediation sessions.
- Interlocutory Services: We assist the Master of the Royal Court in preparing civil disputes for trial, ensuring all cases are ready to move forward smoothly.
- Transcription Services: We provide accurate and timely transcription services for court proceedings, creating detailed records that are essential for upholding justice and transparency. Our transcription professionals ensure every word spoken in court is captured accurately.

Legal registrations
We ensure the smooth and accurate handling of essential processes that impact the lives of Islanders. From handling intellectual property registrations to family law matters, land registration, and wills, our work ensures transparency, fairness, and accessibility in critical legal matters.
- Public Registry: We manage the registration and collation of land contracts, mortgages, and representation documents, maintaining the integrity of the land registry database.
- Probate and Protection Registry: We examine and validate applications, granting rights to recover or receive parts of Jersey estates. We also manage delegations, tutelles, and lasting powers of attorney, providing Islanders with peace of mind during significant life moments.
- Intellectual Property Registry: We oversee the registration, assignment, renewal, and updates for trademarks, patents, and registered designs, supporting innovation and creativity on the Island.

Tribunal services
