Building a thriving workforce together

We guide managers through the recruitment process, create and uphold people policies, oversee pay and reward, handle employment disputes, and maintain vital relationships with Trade Unions.

We also drive engagement and effectiveness through tailored organisation development interventions and deliver high quality learning and development programmes.

We lead HR systems improvements, provide people data analytics, and foster a safe work environment through health and safety policies and wellbeing initiatives.

Our Teams

People Operations

In People Operations, we play a vital role in delivering comprehensive HR services tailored to each department’s needs. Whether we are resolving cases, assisting with restorative practices, offering trusted advice on people matters, or partnering on strategic people projects, our work is crucial in shaping the experience of colleagues across the organisation.

Recruitment, Resourcing and Talent

Our recruitment team manages the hiring and onboarding of talent. From providing recruitment support, to coordinating onboarding, and issuing employment contracts, this team ensures a smooth journey for new joiners. Our resourcing and talent team develop campaigns and strategies that attract diverse and skilled people who are dedicated to making a real difference.

Employee Relations, Reward, and Experience

If you're passionate about policy, research, and analysis, the Employee Relations, Reward, and Experience team is for you. We shape Codes of Conduct and People Policies, ensure fair employment terms, lead pay negotiations, and maintain key Trade Union relationships. We also manage role evaluations, complex employment disputes, and legal risks, including investigations and tribunals.

Organisation Development

The Organisation Development team focuses on creating a supportive, inclusive and effective workplace. We help maintain a positive and engaging work environment through bespoke interventions, support with strategic workforce planning, deliver impactful learning and development programmes, and lead on diversity, equity and inclusion. If you’re passionate about developing people and creating meaningful change, this is the team for you.

Systems, Services and Governance

If you have a knack for data, analytics, or digital innovation, our Systems, Services, and Governance team is where you’ll thrive. We enhance HR systems, deliver data insights, and oversee governance and strategy. We ensure business continuity, manage soft facilities, and key worker housing, creating a safe and efficient workplace.
