The Endoscopy Unit has an exciting job opportunity to join our friendly team, the post holder would require key skills in IT and administrative work.
A knowledge of hospital systems would be an advantage but training will be supplied. A friendly, calm manner when dealing with members of the public is essential as booking endoscopy procedures and maintaining the theatre lists is an important aspect of this role.
This role is to take responsibility for ensuring that the Endoscopy unit has patients booked into all lists.

The role requires skill and tack in dealing with irate patients who have not received timely appointments, those who must be suspended due to frequent non- attendance or frequent cancellations and rearrangements.
