Job Overview
Working alongside our Policy Officer, Contract & Project Manager, and Primary Care Officer, you’ll play a key role in helping make primary care more accessible for islanders. You’ll support the team with governance, implementation, and the ongoing management of service contracts with GPs and Community Pharmacists.
This role ensures smooth team operations by managing administrative workflows, including communications, coordination of reviews and governance activities, and service contract administration in line with States of Jersey policies. It also involves organising meetings, producing reports and minutes, and supporting performance management processes.
The role is a Civil Servant Grade 6, full time and permanent role.
