Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity within HCJ's HR Operations Team for a HR Advisor. The post holder will focus on both recruitment as well as providing employment advice across Health and Care Jersey. 

 

The post holder will be responsible for managing their own recruitment portfolio, overseeing end to end recruitment processes across a range of staff groups and pay bands. Working closely with managers, they will support the attraction, recruitment and retention of high-quality talent, ensuring recruitment processes are delivered efficiently and in line with organisational policies and procedures.

 

The successful applicant will also provide professional HR advice and guidance on a wide range of employment matters. This will include supporting managers with employee relations issues, workforce policies and people management practices, some of which may be highly complex, sensitive, or confidential in nature. The role requires a proactive, collaborative and solutions focused approach.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to broaden their experience within a dynamic and supportive environment, while making a meaningful contribution to the delivery of high quality people services across Health and Care Jersey.
