Job Overview
This new role will support the delivery of the learn to swim programme, school swimming and associated aquatic activities across Active wet facilities. This will include customer service involving the use of swimming software to enrol learners on their swimming journey. The Aquatics Programme Administrator will work closely with the Aquatics Programme Coordinator, swimming teachers, school-teachers and the Business Development team to ensure successful programme delivery.
This role is ideally suited to organised individuals with experience in aquatics, customer service or the leisure industry. They will be customer focussed and be able to deliver swimming lessons on occasion, therefore a swim teaching qualification is desired. Training can be provided.
This is a part-time position of 18.5 hours.
