Job Overview

Are you passionate about creating fresh, nutritious food and supporting a dynamic kitchen team to deliver excellent customer service?

Do you have a positive “Can Do” attitude and a love for working with seasonal ingredients?

Would you like a role that offers career development, a balanced lifestyle, and the chance to make a real impact on young people’s relationship with food - while still enjoying Christmas with your family?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant/Sous Chef to join our catering team and help deliver high-quality, on-trend menus that inspire healthy eating and sustainability. Working closely with our Executive Chef, you will play a key role in food preparation, menu development, and maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven banqueting experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a similar role.
  • Be passionate about fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to support and motivate others.
  • Show creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • Be committed to delivering exceptional service for both daily meals and hospitality events.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your culinary skills in a supportive environment where innovation and quality are valued.
