This is a varied and rewarding role, primarily focused on supporting the Community Service scheme, which provides an effective alternative to custody and delivers real benefits to the community. You will also contribute to core probation work, including attending Court, helping to inform sentencing decisions and support positive outcomes for clients.

What you’ll do

  • Supervise clients subject to probation and community service orders.
  • Contribute to programmes that reduce reoffending.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, courts, and community partners.
