Job Overview

The Education Department within CYPES  is seeking a highly motivated and organised professional to join the Business Support Team working closely with teams throughout the department including the Childcare and Early Years Service. This is a full-time all year round position.

 

We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience and excellent interpersonal skills, who would thrive in a busy office environment and is committed to delivering the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, possess strong organisational and IT skills, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A calm, diplomatic approach under pressure is essential, along with the confidence to manage multiple priorities and a varied workload with professionalism and discretion.
