Job Overview

This post offers an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist Children and Young People in Care (CYPiC) CAMHS function, delivering psychologically informed consultation, formulation and early intervention to professionals working with children and young people in care. The role focuses on enhancing trauma‑informed, attachment‑aware and relational practice across the care system, supporting social workers and multi‑agency partners to understand and respond to complex emotional and mental health needs. The post holder will provide case‑based therapeutic consultation, contribute to multi‑disciplinary formulation and planning, and support timely access to specialist CAMHS pathways.

This is a full‑time, fixed‑term post for 6 months and does not include any relocation offers.
