Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression.
The post holder will lead on the delivery, coordination and development of training (in partnership with external providers) across Health and Care Jersey services, and will act as a specialist resource for clinical teams in the assessment of clinical risk and development of plans & interventions to reduce this.
This is a new and high profile role, and the post holder will require a high level of skills and experience in risk assessment & management, the prevention & management of violence and aggression, and teaching / training across a range of services & MDT professionals.
