About the Role
As Community Service Manager, you will lead a scheme that provides an effective alternative to custody, delivering 15,000–20,000 hours of unpaid work each year that benefits the island, supports local organisations and helps build safer communities.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the community service team.
- Manage a scheme that enables meaningful reparation and personal development.
- Ensure community service remains a respected alternative to custody.
- Lead on health and safety, ensuring compliance and best practice
- Build effective relationships with courts and community stakeholders.
