About the Role

As Community Service Manager, you will lead a scheme that provides an effective alternative to custody, delivering 15,000–20,000 hours of unpaid work each year that benefits the island, supports local organisations and helps build safer communities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the community service team.
  • Manage a scheme that enables meaningful reparation and personal development.
  • Ensure community service remains a respected alternative to custody.
  • Lead on health and safety, ensuring compliance and best practice
  • Build effective relationships with courts and community stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
