Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Compliance & Assurance Manager to support Health and Care Jersey in strengthening organisational readiness for future regulation and inspection by the Jersey Care Commission.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in preparing the organisation for inspection and embedding robust, sustainable compliance and assurance processes across services.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance & Assurance, you will lead and support programmes of work that ensure the organisation is well‑prepared for regulatory oversight, while maintaining high standards of compliance on an ongoing basis.
You will work collaboratively across services to embed effective governance, assurance frameworks, and suppporting continuous improvement within Health and Care Jersey.
