Job Overview

Are you an experienced people manager with a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services?

We are seeking a Deputy PACS and Office Manager to join our Radiology department. This pivotal role will lead a team of Radiology Assistants, ensuring the effective management of workforce deployment and administrative operations across the Radiology Department.

 

Previous experience within a healthcare setting or Radiology department would be advantageous but is not essential.

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for developing and supporting staff, driving service improvements, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet patient and service needs. Working closely with, and reporting to the Radiology PACS and Office Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of patient care and operational performance. You will also work towards supporting Radiology IT Systems (PACS and RIS) for which training will be provided. 

We're looking for someone who has:

  •  Experience managing administrative services and workflows.
  •  Strong organisational and operational skills.
  •  Proven people management and leadership experience.
  •  Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  •  A proactive approach to service improvement and team development.
  •  A keen interest in IT and technology
