We are looking for a Change and Benefits Manager to help deliver smarter, safer, and more efficient services, ensuring our digital operations are reliable, secure, and focused on what matters most: patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver change management across HCJ’s digital health transformation, supporting safe, effective and consistent adoption of new systems and ways of working.  
  • Manage a portfolio of digital change and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring robust governance, clear accountability and delivery of agreed outcomes and benefits.  
  • Develop clear and evidence‑based cases for change, supporting prioritisation, and alignment with strategic health and care objectives.  
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build engagement, manage competing priorities and address concerns sensitively and transparently.  
  • Oversee benefits realisation and performance reporting, ensuring digital change delivers measurable improvements to services, workforce capability and organisational performance.  
  • Design and deliver change approaches that engage frontline staff and services, embedding sustainable improvement across health and care settings.  
  • Lead, support and develop multidisciplinary digital health teams, ensuring effective use of resources and building change and improvement capability across the organisation.
