Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Sports Division as a part time Duty Manager. 

 

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient day-to-day operation of our dry sport facilities. Acting as the senior person on duty, you’ll lead and support front-line teams, manage staffing levels, monitor wellbeing and performance, and ensure customers receive a consistently high standard of service.

 

You’ll oversee health and safety, safeguarding, facility inspections, and emergency procedures, while working closely with the Operations Team to support training, events, and continuous service improvement.

 

We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual with supervisory experience in a leisure or similar environment, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and team leadership.

 

This will be 3 afternoons / evenings per week
