Job Overview
We’re looking for passionate, people‑focused Duty Managers to help lead our Wet Facilities team, based primarily at Aquasplash.
As a Duty Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day management, oversee the safe and effective operation of our wet facilities, and ensure high standards of customer service. You’ll work with colleagues to continuously improve how we deliver our services, adapting ways of working in response to feedback, learning and operational needs.
You’ll be confident making decisions, responding to incidents, and motivating your team in a busy, customer facing environment, always role‑modelling the Government of Jersey values.
This role is ideal for someone who is an experienced Pool Plant Operator, Qualified National Pool Lifeguard and a National Pool Lifeguard Trainer Assessor, or who has the ability and commitment to gain this qualification. Training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
