Job Overview

Bel Royal School is seeking to appoint a skilled, enthusiastic and compassionate Early Years Team Leader / Senior Learning Support Assistant to join our wonderful Early Years team.

 

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Committed to providing a nurturing, enabling environment for all children, ensuring they feel safe, valued and able to thrive. 
  • Committed to inclusive education and skilled in supporting children with a range of additional needs. 
  • Able to build positive, nurturing relationships with children and their families. 
  • Confident in implementing a range of learning and behaviour support strategies.
  • Experienced in an Early Years setting or school environment (essential).

 

This role involves supporting high‑quality teaching and learning across the EYFS, contributing to assessment and planning, and working closely with staff, parents and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for all children.

 

For the right candidate, there is potential for additional responsibilities, including a leadership role within the Early Years team. Applicants with relevant experience, skills and ambition are warmly encouraged to express interest.
