Job Overview
The States Greffe is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Education and Outreach Officer to join our Digital and Public Engagement team on a 12-month fixed term contract beginning in August 2026. This role is integral to promoting political education, increasing public understanding of the States Assembly, and fostering community engagement across all age groups.
You will develop and deliver politically impartial educational resources, workshops, and outreach programmes tailored to schools, youth groups, and the wider community. The role will also include supporting the planning and delivery of the Jersey Youth Assembly programme, including the facilitation of sessions with young people. The successful candidate will be a creative communicator with experience in education or public engagement, committed to making the work of the States Assembly accessible and engaging to diverse audiences.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping public understanding of democracy and civic participation in Jersey.
