Job Overview

Haute Vallee School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrator to support the Finance Manager and Data Manager by fulfilling a variety of administrative duties. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and friendly team.

 

Applicants should have excellent organisation, communication and computer skills and be able to work under pressure in a busy, vibrant secondary school. Ideally the candidate will have experience of working with spreadsheets as well as great attention to detail and the confidence to tackle a variety of administrative functions. 

 

Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with students, staff, parents and external agencies. The successful applicant will be well organised, flexible, friendly and be able to work to changing deadlines.
