Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant and qualified Bookkeeper to join our finance team.
In this role, you will supervise front office and cashiering functions for the Department, oversee supplier payments, and support the Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Department’s in-house treasury function for suppliers and stakeholders
- Providing advice and assistance to the public on matters related to the Viscount’s Department
- Handling payment procedures for fiduciary activities using the Department’s bespoke financial management system and Treasury systems
- Performing daily banking operations
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a busy finance environment.
