Job Overview

 

This Change Officer role is a key function in providing comprehensive support across the FRP Project Management Delivery Team.

 

The post holder will assist in communicating the case for change for assigned projects whilst being aware of project impacts, so that stakeholders understand project objectives.

 

They are expected to assist with identifying potentially contentious issues and stakeholder sensitivities in order to communicate project progress effectively.

 

Working with Change/Programme Managers and the Head of the FRP PMDT, they will assist with development and preparation of project plans, key project documentation including action logs and capturing comprehensive notes from meetings, administer meetings and maintaining the project library and records in order to establish robust project governance. 

 

They will also assist the team with arranging meetings and events and supporting the team with FRP duties along side diary mamagement support for the HCJ Finance Director.

 

This is to be a permanent post at 37.5 hours per week. It is fast paced but interesting.
