We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Temporary Staffing, Rostering & Accommodation to shape the future of workforce delivery across HCJ.
This is not just a role—it’s an opportunity to lead transformation at scale.
Working directly to the Director of Workforce you will:
- Lead the Temporary Staffing and E-rostering team.
- Be responsible for the strategic planning, operational delivery and performance of the temporary workforce across HCJ.
- Be responsible for the full implementation and management of HCJ e-rostering systems.
- Assist the Director in driving and supporting transformational change of the temporary workforce and staffing solutions.
- Lead the procurement of a preferred Agency supplier for HCJ
We are seeking an individual who will bring:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
- Experience of systems, culture change, and working within regulated or multi‑professional environments.
- A pragmatic, evidence‑based approach with a passion for developing people and improving services.
