Job Overview
We are looking for a kind and compassionate HCA to join our ward. Someone who is patient focused and works well within a team. Rozel Ward is an acute medical ward which consists of 13 single rooms. We are a close knit team of 13 Nurses and 9 HCA's and appreciate a flexible shift pattern with work/life balance. As Ward managers we pride ourselves on up-to-date Appraisals and are passionate about the professional development for our team.
