Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to patients with dignity and respect
- Assist with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene and nutrition
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support nurses and the wider MDT in delivering safe, effective care
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised clinical environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives and colleagues
Staff working at this level may work under the general direction of trained staff and may have immediate access to advice and guidance from trained staff within the area.
