Job Overview
At Sandybrook we offer a warm and caring environment set within tranquil grounds in rural St Peter. We provide care for 25 residents of age 60+ who are assessed at LTC level 4.
We offer a high standard of person-centred care based on individual care needs. Sandybrook is the only nursing home in Jersey that is run by the Government’s Health and Community Services Department, and is regulated by the Jersey Care Commission.
We are looking for a highly motivated Health Care Assistant to join us here at Sandybrook Nursing home. The successful candidate will be flexible and reliable, working closely with the nursing team to deliver the best possible patient care.
The post holder will have good communication and IT skills and have a friendly and caring attitude. An NVQ/QCF Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care is desirable with experience in a care home setting.
