Job Overview

Revenue Jersey has a vacancy for a Higher Officer in our International EOIR Team focusing and ensuring that all Exchange of Information on Request Regulations are met both domestically and internationally.
This role offers various opportunities to work as part of a team to review requests for assistance from partner jurisdictions.
This role demands a high level of attention to detail and regulatory interpretation skills, whilst sharing knowledge across the team and the department and supporting the Deputy Director – International Tax (Competent Authority) to ensure that Jersey complies with its obligations to respond to requests for assistance from other revenue authorities in a timely manner.
The post holder would be instrumental in providing technical support to the team when required thus assisting with the overall development of the team. Being flexible to also provide guidance and advice to colleagues from other departments will be beneficial.
It would be beneficial for the candidate to have at least five years tax experience.
