Job Overview

We are currently looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our very busy team to work as Housekeeping Assistant across different sites of Health and Community Services. Full time and part time positions. Evening shift work.

 

Wash and dry all ward furniture, beds, lockers and all horizontal surfaces etc, to keep clean and dust free.

 

Wash and dry walls and doors to remove dirt and enhance appearance 

 

High damp dust walls, rails and air vents washing when required

 

Clean and dry glass.

 

Change and hang all curtains bag and send dirty curtains to laundry.

 

Polish stainless-steel lifts and keep clean and smear free and wash and dry inside lifts to remove dirt and debris.

 

 Specialised cleaning of infected areas, e.g. wards, theatres and isolation rooms to ensure the control of infection, to agreed laid down procedures as set by infection and control department
