Job Overview

We are looking for a committed and experienced social work professional to join our team as an Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) and Child Protection Advisor. This pivotal role ensures that the voices of children and young people are central to planning and decision-making, while driving high standards of practice across child protection and care planning. You will provide independent oversight, challenge drift and delay, and support continuous improvement in outcomes for children and families.
