We are looking for a Digital Health training Officer to help deliver smarter, safer, and more efficient services, ensuring our digital operations are accurate, secure, and focused on what matters most: patient care. 

 

Digital transformation is at the heart of our mission to improve health services. As a Digital Health Training Officer, you’ll be the bridge between clinical teams, operational staff, and technology experts, turning ideas into reliable clinical records that enhance patient safety and outcomes.

What You'll Do

Design: Create engaging training solutions for Digital Health systems, including group training sessions that support effective learning and early adoption, while recognising how digital literacy impacts Digital Health outcomes.

 

Deliver: Deliver face-to-face, virtual, and one-to-one training, adapting content and style to meet varying user needs and skill levels across all HCJ sites. Keep accurate training records and demonstrate excellent diary and email management for training bookings. Provide ongoing refresher sessions to maintain staff competence.

 

Support system implementations: Contribute to system rollouts and upgrades using Agile approaches and tools such as Jira to manage tasks, keep delivery on track and manage competing priorities.

 

Change management: Understand the link between change management and training. Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into clear, accessible training materials, guides, and e-learning resources for Digital Health.

 

Continuous professional development: Actively engage in your own training and professional development to meet evolving Health and Care Jersey Digital Health needs.
