We’re building a pool of skilled investigators to support our organisation in conducting fair, thorough and impartial investigations into workplace matters upholding the highest professional standards. Our team carry out a wide range of investigations across the Jersey Public Service, from harassment, bullying and discrimination to conduct and disciplinary matters. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.  

 

This role suits a variety of backgrounds including HR, law, regulatory work compliance or similar fields. Our team uphold a respectful and inclusive workplace, where confidentiality, objectivity and efficiency are key. You will receive comprehensive training, guidance and ongoing support from our experienced team, empowering you to work independently and confidently on complex cases.

Your work will be allocated based on organisational demand, giving you the freedom to balance this role alongside other commitments.

Salary: £ CS9.1 – 10.4 negotiable depending on experience. This attracts hourly rates between £27.76 - £35.45 per hour.
