Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of Jersey's justice system. The post holder will support the the Master of the Royal Court and work closely with colleagues across the Court Service to ensure the smooth administration of the Court. Excellent organisational and communication skills and high attention to detail are essential.

Job Purpose
To operate at the centre of the Royal Court’s administration, providing high-quality support to the Master of the Royal Court and working collaboratively across the Judicial Greffe and wider Court Service to ensure judicial business, court administration and processes are delivered in a coordinated, efficient and continuously improving manner.
This is a linked grade role spanning two grades. Individuals will normally be appointed to the lower grade and may progress to the higher grade following a formal assessment against the Court Service's broad banding progression criteria for the role.
Progression is based on demonstrated performance, development and the consistent application of the knowledge, skills, behaviours and responsibilities required at the higher grade and is not automatic or based solely on length of service.

Desirable Qualifications
- Professional qualification in administration or equivalent such as NVQ level 2/3.
