Lead Investigative Accountant – Joint Financial Crime Unit
The States of Jersey Police Joint Financial Crime Unit (JFCU) is seeking to appoint a Lead Investigative Accountant to support the investigation and prosecution of serious and complex financial crime, including money laundering and terrorist financing.
The post holder will conduct detailed financial investigations, analysing complex financial material, tracing assets across jurisdictions and producing evidential reports for criminal and civil proceedings. The role includes providing specialist advice to investigators and senior officers, supporting prosecutions, and acting as a professional witness in court.
You will work closely with partner agencies, contributing to a multi‑agency response to financial crime. The role requires ongoing professional development and awareness of emerging financial crime typologies and legislative change.
