Job Overview
Bel Royal is seeking to appoint a skilled Lead Learning Support Assistant to be part of our wonderful ARP team. The successful candidate will be committed to an inclusive education and have experience supporting children with a range of additional needs. Previous school experience is essential for this role and an understanding of a range of learning and behaviour support strategies is desirable.
There is also the opportunity to be considered for a Grade 7 position, with extra responsibilities, if there is an appropriate candidate with necessary experience and ambition to take on a leadership role within the school.
