Job Overview
To direct, control and monitor the daily operation of ambulance crews, responding to the needs of those who require transport for medical reasons, urgent unscheduled or emergency medical care (999 calls).
Ensuring appropriate cover is provided to meet service and statutory obligations.
Liaise with the Combined Control Centre to assist in the delivery of emergency responses.
As a highly experienced practitioner and member of the ambulance crew, provide primary medical care to patients by the use of paramedical skills in order to prevent further deterioration, promote recovery and prolong life.
Collaborate with colleagues across the States of Jersey.
