Job Overview
At d'Auvergne School, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every child is valued and supported to reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with additional learning, social, or behavioural needs. This role is central to ensuring the child can access the curriculum, develop essential skills, and participate fully in school life. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, the SENCo, and other support staff to deliver personalised strategies and interventions tailored to the child’s individual needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusion, enjoys building positive relationships, and is committed to making a meaningful difference in a child’s daily school experience. The right candidate will bring enthusiasm, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt within a supportive school community.
