Job Overview
Springfield School are looking for a motivated and child-centred member of support staff, who can work under their own initiative as well as part of a team. The successful applicant will have training and/or experience in supporting pupils within a school setting and be familiar with a range of learning and behaviour support strategies. This role includes supporting children at lunchtime.
