Job Overview

First Tower School wish to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (ESSF05) to work in KS1 & 2 from April 2026; this is a fixed term contract till the end of the year, 32.5 hours per week and term time only. The successful candidate will be able to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team. Experience in supporting children in a school or similar setting and familiarity with a range of learning and behaviour support strategies is desirable. You must be supportive of our inclusive and nurturing ethos.
