Job Overview
Are you passionate about Fitness? If so, we would love for you to join our team and work across our dry facilities including Springfield and Oakfield. You will deliver efficient and professional services according to the operational requirements and the specific knowledge and skills necessary, to optimise customer experience. You will be responsible for the preparation and cleanliness of facilities and undertake ‘front of house’ duties.

Job Purpose
To deliver efficient and professional services according to the operational requirements and the specific knowledge and skills necessary, to optimise health and safety and customer experience. Leisure Assistants at the Higher level, who will be gym and fitness instructors, focus on providing excellent customer experience to members of the public using the facilities available. Postholders also have responsibilities for teaching classes, offering inductions, and the preparation and cleanliness of facilities. They will also be expected to undertake ‘front of house’ duties and contribute to continuous service improvements.
