Job Overview
We’re looking for Leisure Assistant Highers to join our team. This exciting role includes lifeguarding, swimming teaching, fitness instruction and pool plant operations. You will support the Duty Manager by carrying out facility safety checks and ensure the facility is clean and presentable for the public. You’ll play a key part in delivering safe, high-quality activities and outstanding customer experiences. Training and development in RLSS NPLQ, Swim England Teaching Qualifications, Fitness Instruction and the National Pool Plant Operator qualification will be provided if you wish to grow your skills in leisure.
There are 3 roles consisting of the following hours:-
2 x 34.5 hours on alternating shift
1 x 31.75 hours no shift
