Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant to join our team, working across both Oakfield and Springfield sites on a zero hours basis.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 Gym Qualification, or currently be working towards this. You should be passionate about health and fitness, committed to delivering excellent customer service, and able to work as part of a team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the leisure facilities
- Assisting and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Promoting the use of facilities and supporting members with their fitness goals
This role will also include an alternating shift allowance for shifts in the early morning or late evening.
