Job Purpose
Jersey College Preparatory School – Lunchtime Supervisor
Jersey College Prep (JCP) is seeking a caring, reliable and responsible Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team who support pupils during the busy lunchtime period. We are flexible with the position and can offer either:
- 5 hours a week at JCP, one hour a day, 12-1pm, or
- 10 hours a week with one hour a day, 12-1pm, at JCP and one hour a day, 1pm-2pm, at JCG (Jersey College for Girls).
Either position will be Monday to Friday and term time only. Please note that the salary is pro rata as the position is term time only.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children and who can help create a safe, happy and positive atmosphere at lunchtimes. The ideal candidate will be approachable, confident in managing groups of children, and committed to supporting their wellbeing. A calm and friendly manner is essential, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and to take initiative when needed.
