Are you an experienced administrator or secretary looking for flexible, ad-hoc work in a rewarding healthcare environment?

 

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Zero-Hour Administration and Secretarial Staff to join our Medical Secretariat team at Health and Care Jersey.

 

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to our hospital clinicians on an as-and-when required basis.

 

This is a zero-hour contract, ideal for individuals looking for flexible working arrangements while making a meaningful contribution to healthcare services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to clinicians
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and patient information
  • Liaise effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times

About You:

 

  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • A good understanding of secretarial duties and best practices
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
  • Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to changing demands
