Job Overview

If so, we are looking to recruit a Medical Secretary to join our busy and friendly administrative team. As an important member of our organisation, you will provide day‑to‑day administrative support to our clinical teams, helping us deliver patient‑focused, high‑quality healthcare for the population of Jersey.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational, communication, typing and literacy skills, along with the ability to work under pressure in a busy and continually evolving environment.
We are seeking a full-time secretary to work between 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
