What you’ll bring:
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to details and a passion for providing outstanding administrative support. You will bring:
- Proven experience in a complex administrative role, ideally within healthcare, construction or public service setting
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft office and specialist data systems.
- Confidence working independently to manager workloads, meet deadlines and resolve routine challenges
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues across departments
- The ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering a great opportunity to balance work with other commitments.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide proactive administrative support across the programme, using initiative to manage priorities.
- Maintain and analyse data within key systems and databases, producing reports to support effective planning and performance management.
- Coordinate invoice processing and financial administration, ensuring compliance with finance protocols.
- Monitor and update performance measurement tools, helping maintain data quality and reliability.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to support cross-departmental collaboration and information flow.
- Continuously review processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate key programme updates and activities, supporting engagement and awareness.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining compliance with data protection policies.
- Aid in the handling of diary and document management
