About the role
We’re looking for a project manager to lead the delivery of key projects with the New Healthcare Facilities Programme. Using best-practice methodologies, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You’ll manage timelines, risk and resources while working closely with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Job Purpose
What you’ll do
Oversee project planning and delivery ensuring milestones are met.
Identify and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
Manage expectations, escalating issues when necessary to keep projects on track.
Ensure alignment with strategic priorities and report or project performance.
Drive organisational change, helping teams embrace new ways or working.
What you’ll bring
Were looking for someone with strong project management skills, a proactive mindset. And the ability to inspire teams. Ideally you will have:
- A degree or equivalent experience.
- A project management qualification (or working towards one) such as APM, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile or Lean.
- Extensive knowledge or project management methodologies and risk management.
- Excellent engagement and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
