Job Overview
Health and Care Jersey (HCJ) is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults “at risk” across healthcare services on the Island.
We are looking for a highly motivated dynamic and passionate individual with proven experience of working within adult safeguarding. The right person will provide professional expert advice, leadership and management skills to support HCJ staff to ensure best practice.
The post holder will work alongside multi agency partners, influencing best practice, providing assurance and best outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team who are dedicated in promoting safeguarding and wellbeing of vulnerable adults at risk. The post holder will be responsible for providing specialist advice, support, training, safeguarding supervision and monitoring systems in developing and embedding safeguarding across HCJ.
