Job Overview
To lead the development and integration of organisational assurance and learning across the States of Jersey Fire and Rescue Service (SJFRS).
The role ensures the service meets its statutory and professional obligations, including compliance with Fire Standards, by embedding a culture of continuous improvement, managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, and tracking recommendations aligned to risk and assurance frameworks.
Through collaboration, data-driven insight, and structured learning, the postholder will enhance organisational effectiveness and greater service delivery across the service.
